BNK won a comeback victory over Cheongju KB 81-73 in the Group A match held at the Asan Yi Sun-sin Gymnasium in South Chungcheong Province on the 4th, with all the players, including Kim Sonia (17 points), showing a fighting spirit without sparing their bodies.

In Group A, Asan Woori Bank recorded 3 wins, Toyota (Japan) recorded 2 wins and 1 loss, and Hitachi (Japan) recorded 3 losses, with one game remaining. In this tournament, the top two teams from Groups A and B will advance to the semifinals.
